Personal Health Advisor Nurse - Sioux Falls, SD
The Personal Health Advisor nurse will communicate and educate members about Disease Management programs and healthy lifestyles.  LPN or RN required.  Additional preferred qualifications include: previous clinical experience specific to diabetes, asthma and/or cardiovascular disease, healthy lifestyle coaching, and previous experience with patient assessment calls and education.  Excellent salary and benefits.
