 Pharmacy Locator  For members with pharmacy benefits who would like information relating to pharmacies participating with DAKOTACARE, please see the Express Scripts, Inc., Pharmacy Locator web page. DAKOTACARE will cover prescriptions at many pharmacies across the nation. This locator will help you find a pharmacy close to you. If this is your first visit to the Pharmacy Locator, you will need your DAKOTACARE member information to register.To register with Express Scripts, you will need the RX ID number and the 01 extension from your ID Card (see sample). Please note that the RX ID number is not always in the upper right hand corner of the ID Card but it will be labeled. Online Prescriptions It has never been more convenient for Dakotacare members to manage and order prescriptions! All memebers can order prescriptions online any time of the day or night. Plus, mail order benefits are available to any member whose plan has a pharmacy rider. Either online or mailorder options will bring prescriptions safely and quickly to a member's door - it is so easy! First time users of this service will need their member information to register online. Toll-Free Number DAKOTACARE has established a new toll-free number for member questions regarding pharmacy benefits, and for physicians and pharmacists to call for questions and preauthorizations of applicable drugs. The number is (877) 212-9529. Please utilize this number for pharmacy questions only, and direct all other inquiries to the existing customer service numbers: (605) 334-4000 or (800) 325-5598.  PharmacyCareCenterPharmacyCareCenter provides you with multimedia presentations for the top 500 prescription drugs accounting for 95% of dispensed prescriptions.
