For new enrollments your username will include your first initial of your first name, your last name and the last 4 numbers of your SSN (all lower case, no dots or spaces between any of them), your initial password is Welcome.
Remember to add your banking information in the consumer portal as all claims and HSA distributions are reimbursed via direct deposit. Claims received by Monday at noon will be reimbursed the same week.
Note: Debit cards are good for three years and only new enrollees receive two cards upon enrollment. The expiration date can be found on the front of your card. One month prior to expiration replacement cards will be automatically generated and mailed. Funds can be used for any tax dependent.
